I love the design of it. Especially that it seats low. It also connects easily. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is that for most kids who are going to use this, you need to move up the backrest a lot and that leaves very thin padding on the back. For a simple car seat from a top brand that costs $180, I expected thicker padding.

The Latch connectors may not work for the center seat
I’m so bummer because the seat itself is very nice looking and the structure you can tell is just safe. Unfortunately the hooks in the back are straight and so they don’t fit in the middle of my car... only hooks into the side seats... this is a big bummer because I don’t feel it’s super safe. And the seat belt is def tricky for kids if the buckle is in the seat. My son was able to get in and out of his seat easy with his actual car seat. I thought this one would be easier but unfortunate it does take a lot of effort to strap in. My sons name is Lucca so I was super excited about the seat, maybe its not a good fit for every car.
