At Bambi Baby, we know every purchase for your family matters. We work closely with our trusted brand partners to offer fair, competitive pricing on the baby gear you need most. Below is our policy for price matching, price adjustments, and pricing errors.
Price Matching
Our products are typically sold at the retail price set by our brand partners. If you find a lower price for the same item elsewhere, email us at cs@bambibaby.com for review.
To qualify, the item must be:
- The same exact model, color, and configuration
- Currently in stock at the lower price
All requests are subject to customer service approval.
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased is offered at a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we're happy to review your order for an adjustment.
Email cs@bambibaby.com with your order info and a link to the current discounted price.
Pricing Errors
We're a family-owned business and human errors can occasionally happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, Bambi Baby reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
