Q:    WHAT FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY BABY FURNITURE?
A:    Our baby furniture collections are offered in a variety of finishes, selected to enhance the beauty of the design and wood.  To view available finishes, please refer to the Collections section of our site.

Q:    WHAT WOOD IS MY BABY FURNITURE MADE OF?
A:    Manufacturers utilize different types of wood for different purposes, however, rubberwood, Radiata Pine, poplar and basswood are primarily used due to their sustainability, durability and eco-friendliness.

Q:    DO YOU SELL RAILS FOR CONVERTIBLE CRIBS?
A:    Yes.  Each crib is assigned a particular conversion kit by the manufacturer which can be found on the particular collection page on our website that correlates to your crib.  If you are unsure or have any questions about which rail to choose, please call us at 877-882-2624.

Q:    HOW MANY MATTRESS SETTINGS DO YOUR CRIBS HAVE?
A:    Our cribs typically have between 2-4 mattress settings, but the number varies depending on the manufacturer.  If you have any additional mattress setting questions, please call us at 877-882-2624.

Q:    HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Q:    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?
A:    Typically, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to for you to receive your order for stocked items, and up to 8-16 weeks for special order items.  Shipping time will vary depending on item availability and destination.  Please reference our shipping and handling page for more information.

A:    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at BambiBaby.com.
