Purchased this for my Nuna turtle air and it fit perfectly. We were also pretty sure it did not come with the shoulder pads but surprise surprise the package contains the seat insert, the head support, the seat belt protector and the shoulder pads. So pleased with this buy.

I purchased this insert in addition to the insert that came with our Nuna Pipa RX car seat. This was a more snug and better fit for our son when we brought him home from the hospital. It was easy to install and clean when we experienced our first blowout! Just pulled it out, put it in our washing machine and let it air dry. It could have been placed in the dryer but didn’t want any shrinkage or potential damage to the materials. Worked like a charm!
We bought our Nuna pipa Rx used and wanted to replace the inserts! These worked absolutely perfect and will be great for our new baby who is coming in 6 weeks!
Originally I had lost the infant insert for the insert that it came with but it didn’t seem to have enough support for baby’s head so I bought this one and it’s perfect for baby. There’s so much support on the side for the baby’s head and it was super easy to install.
