The cot looks very nice but quality is really bad with use . The mattress is very cheap in the cot. After the baby lays in the cot for just a few times the head indents so bad in the mattress; that it practically lays straight on the bottom cardboard base. I always have to put a swaddle or something under the head. Also the cot is made to tilt , it’s not a problem when you get it. But it gets worse over time, keeps tilting more and more that the baby starts sliding down since it’s not strapped or anything in it. A very regretful purchase . Never had or seen my friends have these issues with cots from other brands. After contacting cybex customer service , all I got was it’s meant to be like that nothing we can do.
