Chair and bambi baby policy
First off, this power glider is great. However, I would like to point out that bambi baby’s exchange/return policy is HORRIBLE. I’ll explain. I accidentally ordered the same glider as above EXCEPT I ordered the manual lever instead of the “powered one”. The two delivery men from Bambi baby arrives and unpackages the chair. My husband realizes it doesn’t have the “power” button so he says to them, “this might be the wrong order”. The guys say, “u ordered the wrong one” and declined to take the chair back to the warehouse. My husband and I called Bambi baby and spoke with the representative who informed us “once the box is opened, we can’t accept a return.” I said “That doesn’t make sense because the delivery guys have to open the package to confirm the item isn’t damaged.” She states, “yes and if it is damaged, we would repair/replace item but we don’t accept returns.” I said, no problem because I’d like to exchange for the “powered” option. She told me it costs 30% for restocking fee because they can’t resell the chair that delivered to my home as “new” anymore despite the tags being on the chair and the delivery men refusing to take the glider back upon arrival. Since I already spent quite a lump sum on the glider, I ended up paying the 30% restocking fee to exchange for the powered glider but I will not be ordering from Bambi baby again.
Also, keep in mind to never order the “manual glider.” You can use the lever to bring up the leg rest but in terms of laying the back flat, you need to be heavy enough to keep the back flat. With the powered glider, there is the side button that keeps the back flat. Mind you, the manual glider and powered glider is only a 100$ difference.

This my third glider but first not from pottery barn and this is by far the most comfortable!! It’s also less expensive. In terms of shopping experience, there is no place better than Bambi baby.
