Doona Strollers & Car Seats

The Doona infant car seat is an infant car seat stroller combo for city parents who want to move a sleeping baby from the back seat to the sidewalk without unbuckling a single strap. Wheels fold out from beneath the rear-facing shell in one motion, so the seat that clicks into your car or its installed base becomes a stroller that fits most apartment elevators, is FAA-approved for use on aircraft, and clears Disney's 31" x 52" stroller size rule for park days. This collection covers the full Doona system: the infant car seat, the car seat base, a folding toddler tricycle for ages 10 months to 3 years, and the accessories that make daily use easier, including rain covers, bug nets, sunshades, footmuffs, gate-check travel bags and diaper bags that clip onto the frame. Parents looking for a lightweight travel stroller car seat often compare the Doona against Nuna infant car seats, Maxi-Cosi car seats and Britax travel systems, and Bambi Baby stocks all of them so you can test each fold side by side with our CPST-certified staff in our stores or with our team online. If low-emission materials rank high on your list, our GREENGUARD Gold certified car seats are tested for low chemical emissions, which matters in a closed car cabin where your little one spends every drive.
