The full sized rails we ordered for our crib arrived with a hole punctured through the cardboard box and the packing foam, which also took a chunk out of one of the bedrails. After submitting a claim for the damaged goods, less than a week later I received a refund. Very smooth and simple process. Would highly recommend purchasing the protection plan for shipping.
