Product seems to be of good quality and reasonably priced , choice of FedEx as a delivery agent not so great .Local FedEx drivers do a good job , it is the poor tracking system and lack of organization in the warehouses that is so frustrating to customers. I order online often and rarely have issues with deliveries and when there are excessive delays or damage in transit it is 99.9 percent FedEx , not UPS, USPS or Amazon . I ordered two crib mattresses at the same time yet they arrived 10 days apart . I have experienced delayed deliveries, damaged goods or no delivery ( without explanation of cause ) too many times , in the future if a company offers only FedEx service I plan to shop elsewhere .
