Bambi Baby is dedicated to providing quick, reliable deliveries throughout the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
For added peace of mind, we offer REDO Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout. This service provides free return shipping for eligible ground shipments and shipping protection for all orders.
Choose the Shipping Method That Applies to Your Order
Ground Shipping
- Ships by FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground.
- Free ground shipping on orders over $28.
- Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently offered.
Local Bambi Baby Truck Delivery
- Available within 100 miles of our NJ distribution center.
- Choose threshold or room of choice delivery.
- Delivery is scheduled by appointment.
Freight Delivery
- Used for larger furniture shipments outside our local delivery area.
- Choose threshold or room of choice delivery.
- Delivery is scheduled by the carrier once the shipment reaches the final destination hub.
Shipping Windows
Each product page includes a projected shipping window. We do our best to provide accurate timing, but manufacturer and carrier delays may occasionally occur.
Ground Shipping Window
- In-stock items ship from our NJ warehouse within 24–48 hours.
- Some in-stock items ship directly from brand partners and typically ship within 2–3 days.
- Backorder and special order items display an estimated shipping window on the product page.
Freight Shipping Window
- In-stock freight items are typically picked up from our warehouse within 2–5 days of the order being placed.
- Multi-piece orders ship once all pieces are available.
- Once with the carrier, freight shipments may take 1–3 weeks to reach the final destination hub.

Threshold vs. Room of Choice Freight Delivery
Freight delivery is available in two service levels. Room of choice is recommended for apartments above the first floor or deliveries requiring stairs.
Threshold Freight Delivery
- Delivery to the threshold of the residence by appointment.
- If the residence has a garage, the shipment will be left there.
- If there is no garage, the shipment will be left at the front entrance.
- Does not include unboxing, assembly, or carrying items upstairs.
Room of Choice Freight Delivery
- Delivery inside the residence to the room of choice by appointment.
- Includes carrying the product up to two flights of stairs from the building threshold.
- One flight is considered 4–15 stairs.
- Does not include unboxing or assembly.

Freight Delivery Zones
Zone 1
New Jersey; New York: Rockland, Suffolk, Nassau, Bronx, Kings, Orange, and Queens counties.
Zone 2
New York all other counties, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island.
Zone 3
Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia.
Zone 4
Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
Zone 5
Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming.
Local Bambi Baby Truck Delivery
Local truck delivery is available within 100 miles of our New Jersey distribution center. Both threshold and room of choice delivery are available by appointment.
Scheduling Details
- If the full order is in stock, we will reach out within 1–3 days to schedule delivery.
- If any part of the order is not in stock, we will reach out once everything is available.
- Delivery appointments are typically scheduled two weeks out.
- A four-hour delivery window is provided 24 hours before delivery.
- The recipient must be present at the time of delivery.
- Missed appointments can result in additional charges and may be rescheduled two weeks out.
Local Room of Choice Includes
- Delivery by appointment.
- Delivery up one flight of stairs.
- Unboxing.
- Set-up.
- Crib assembly.
- Flat rate based on delivery zone.
Our delivery team will remove boxes and cardboard. Smaller interior packaging will be bagged and left for resident disposal.
Local Threshold Delivery Includes
- Delivery to the threshold of the residence by appointment.
- If the residence has a garage, the shipment will be left there.
- If there is no garage, the shipment will be left at the front entrance.
- Local threshold fees are based on freight threshold fees and zones.
Important Policies
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
Lost, Stolen, and Refused Packages
- If a delivery is refused, restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Bambi Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer order protection at checkout, which provides shipping insurance at a minimal cost. Learn more about order protection.
Damages and Defects
Packages should be opened right away. Any damages or defects must be addressed immediately so our customer service team can work quickly to assess and resolve the issue.
- For freight and local deliveries, notate any concerns on the delivery paperwork before signing.
- For all deliveries, email a description of the issue, order details, and supporting photos to cs@bambibaby.com.
- Defective gear is covered by the manufacturer warranty and should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
- If your damaged order included REDO Shipping Protection, visit the Claims Portal to initiate an expedited claim.

Special Orders
Some items are custom made per order and considered “Special Order.” These products may take 8–16 weeks to ship, and shipping estimates are noted on each product page.
- Payment is captured immediately, not at the time of shipping. Our POS system must capture payments within seven days or the order is automatically canceled.
- Because special orders are often custom made, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours and before the order is submitted to the manufacturer for production.
- Returned or canceled special orders after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee deducted from the refund total.
