Missing parts
Really nice swing but it came without the hanging toys I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and haven’t heard anything back VERY disappointed!!!

Not for newborns
The baby inlay does not hold the head so you cannot put in this seat a newborn till like 3 months. I mean, you should not. Very disappointing.

Don’t EVER buy products from this website . My swing was missing the hanging toys I reached out via email over 5 times and called the customer service number over 5 times with NO answer ! Never again will I purchase form this website
