With the recent buzz around our annual car seat trade-up event growing faster than ever before, we’ve seen an influx of similar questions and wanted to take the opportunity to clarify the details we’ve been asked about most often.

Where is the event being held?

If you’re looking to meet the brands and Enelio, or participate in the large event with booths, installations, and technicians – You’ll want to head to our location in Paramus, NJ. However, all Bambi Baby locations will be accepting trade-ins for the same value towards a new seat on September 9th and 10th. So if it’s not feasible to get to Paramus from where you live, head to any one of our four locations to join.

Does my trade-in need to have been purchased from Bambi Baby?

The simple answer is: No! Regardless of where your car seat came from, you are encouraged to bring it in and trade it up for an upgraded seat, without sacrificing the value. Because our event is all about preventing children from ending up in expired and unsafe car seats, we accept even the oldest and most disheveled seats so we can disassemble and recycle them. To incentivize keeping kids safe, we’re offering money off a brand new seat from our stores. So, bring that seat you found at a yard sale, or on the side of the road, or that’s been sitting in your garage for far too long. Bring any brand in any condition!

What is my trade-in worth?

We’re offering up to $150 off your upgraded seat with any trade-in, depending on which seat you decide to purchase. All trade-ins are created equal at our event!
