Nice but too expensive
arrived broken and when inserted into my never used reef stroller base it became stuck. I am understanding of product deficiencies, and mistakes but am very upset with the customer service. I called the store and was told to send an email. I emailed bambi baby a week ago and all they did was forward my email to silver cross who has still not resolved the issue. There is no phone conversation, just one email response about every other day, even if i respond immediately. I forwarded the emails to bambi baby again and asked if they offered any customer service besides forwarding my email and have yet to receive a response after approx a week. silver cross just responds and says they are forwarding my emails to another team. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on silver cross products through this store, and now have to buy another stroller (AND BASSINET TO SLEEP IN) because my baby will come any second and i have no where to put her. i will now invest in a stroller from walmart or target because if there is an issue i can resolve it the same day. I invested in this stroller and company to have the best experience and it has been very stressful, upsetting and frustrating.
Item arrived broken from Bambi baby they have been very unhelpful in getting a replacement or returning the item. Just buy directly from silver cross, there is no benefit to working with this middle man.
