The legs don’t want to come up. While pulling the lever you have to manually pull the legs up with your hands. We messaged the company about it and they mailed us a bottle of lube.
The chair doesn’t want to stay reclined. If you can actually get it into a reclined position, the chair will slowly fold back up on you.
Spinning in the chair causes a grinding noise.
Dealing with this in the middle of the night with a cranky baby is an absolute pain.
Also their website doesn’t let you leave reviews. Sketchy.
