Ordered a bugaboo dragonfly stroller but we didn’t like the color so wanted to return it. But we couldn’t because they said they charge %30 restocking fee. They make you pay for nothing and keep a stroller that you don’t want. You have no choice because you don’t want to pay $300+ for restocking fee so you keep it. They also say item can not be unboxed which they expect you to try the stroller without unboxing it I am not sure if this is possible. Do not shop from here.
