Terms & Conditions for Monthly Refund Drawing & 10% Off Subscription Offer

By participating in the 10% Off Subscription Offer and Monthly Refund Drawing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

• This Promotion is open to customers who sign up for our subscription and make a purchase within the applicable month.
• Participants must provide a valid email address for subscription and purchase to be eligible.
• Employees and affiliates of Bambi Baby are not eligible to participate.

10% Off Offer:

• Customers who subscribe will receive a one-time 10% discount on their purchase.
• The discount is applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Restrictions apply; see below for details.

Monthly Refund Drawing:

• Each month, one eligible subscriber will be randomly selected to receive a full refund of their highest-value purchase from that month.
• To qualify, a customer must have made a purchase and subscribed within the same month.
• If multiple purchases were made, only the highest-value purchase will be refunded.

Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random at the end of each month.
• The winner will be notified via the email provided at the time of subscription.
• The winner’s first name and last name initial will be posted on our subscription page.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed as a Bambi Baby Gift Card within 5-10 business days following the winner's announcement.
• Refunds do not include shipping costs, taxes, or additional fees.

General Terms

• Bambi Baby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion may result in disqualification.
• By participating, you agree to abide by these terms and all decisions made by Bambi Baby, which shall be final and binding.
