4 Workouts For You to Do with Your Baby
Push Ups:
Lie your baby on their back on the floor, put your arms on both sides of them and get in plank position, do a push up, give baby a kiss at the bottom
Baby Bridge Ups:
Sit down in sit up position, open your legs a little wider, put baby on your stomach, thrust your hips up while holding your baby’s hands.
Lunges:
Hold your baby securely in front of you with both hands, lunge forward, alternate legs.
Squats:
Hold your baby in front of you with both hands, squat down.
