• "I had to call the customer support phone number three different times before I placed my order (one to find out about stock availability, another to find out which item to order since there were two different listings of the same item with two different prices, and a third time to confirm availability of a different color).  All three times I had the same woman answer the phone (which by the way was refreshing to not have to go through an automated system).  She was super helpful and very nice - made me want to purchase from this company in the future!
