Bambi Baby is dedicated to providing quick and reliable deliveries throughout the continental US. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Bambi Baby offers 3 methods of shipping/delivery.

• Ground Shipping (Fedex, UPS, USPS)

• Local Truck Delivery

• Freight Shipping

Most products ship standard ground. However, furniture does require a freight shipment or local truck delivery. Prices for freight shipments and local truck deliveries are calculated at check-out based on the shipping zone.

Ground Shipping

• We offer free shipping for all orders over $28 that ship Fedex/UPS/USPS Ground

• We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping

We offer two delivery services for local furniture deliveries.

Shipping Windows

Each product is listed with a projected shipping window on its product page. We do our best to offer the most accurate shipping windows, unfortunately any unforeseen manufacturer or carrier delays are out of our control. 

Ground Shipping Window (Fedex, UPS, USPS)

• Items indicated to be “in stock” ship from our NJ warehouse within 24-48 hours

• In some case items are shipped directly from our brand partners, and are considered in stock and typically ship within 2-3 days

• All backorder and special order items are indicated with an estimated shipping window

Ground Shipping Transit Time for In-stock items:

2-3 business days for residents of : ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, PA, NJ, MD, DE, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC
3-4 business days for residents of : MI, IN, KY, TN, AL, GA, FL, WI, MN, IA, IL
4-5 business days for residents of : SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, MS, LA
5-7 business days for residents of : WA, MT, ND, OR, ID, WY, CA, NV, UT, AZ, NM, TX, CO

Freight Shipping:

• In stock items shipping freight are typically picked up from our warehouse between 2-5 days of the order being placed

• Multi-piece orders will ship once all pieces are available

• Once the shipment is with the carrier it can take 1-3 weeks to reach the final destination hub. During this time the carrier will reach out directly to the recipient to schedule the delivery appointment.

*It is required for the recipient to be present at the time of delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to a neglected appointment, there may be additional charges associated with rescheduling.

Threshold vs. Room of choice Freight Delivery

Bambi Baby offers two freight delivery options, at different rates: Threshold and Room of choice.

 Threshold Freight Delivery Includes:

• Delivery to the threshold of the residence by appointment. 

• If the residence has a garage the shipment will be left there.

• If the residence does not have a garage the shipment will be left in the front entrance.

*If the delivery location is an apartment above the first floor it is advised to upgrade to room of choice which includes delivery up up-to two flights of stairs.

* Threshold delivery does not include unboxing, assembly, or carrying up stairs.

Room of Choice Freight Delivery Includes:

• Delivery inside the residence to the room of choice by appointment

• Carrying the product up up-to two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 stairs = 1 flight).  

*If your delivery requires carrying up more than two flights of stairs, please contact us. 

*Room of choice freight delivery does not include unboxing or assembly.

Rural Deliveries:

If our freight carrier deems the delivery location as rural, there may be additional shipping charges after processing. In this case, our team will be in touch.

Local Bambi Baby Truck Delivery:

Bambi Baby offers our own truck delivery within 100 miles of our NJ distribution center. We offer both threshold delivery and room of choice delivery by appointment.

• If the entire order is in-stock we will reach out within 1-3 days to schedule delivery.

• If any part of the order is not in stock, we will reach out once everything is available to schedule delivery.

• Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 2 weeks out.

• We will provide a 4 hour delivery window 24 hours before delivery

• The recipient is required to be present at the time of delivery

• Missed appointments can result in additional charges and may be rescheduled 2 weeks out. 

Local room of choice delivery includes:

• Delivery by appointment 

• Delivery up one flight of stairs

• Unboxing

• Set-up

• Crib assembly

• Flat rate dependent on delivery zone

*Our delivery team will take away all boxes and cardboard. However all smaller interior packaging will be bagged up and left for resident disposal. 

Local Threshold delivery includes:

• Delivery to the threshold of the residence by appointment. 

• If the residence has a garage the shipment will be left there.

• If the residence does not have a garage the shipment will be left in the front entrance.

• Local threshold fees are based on freight threshold fees and zones

*Threshold delivery does not include unboxing, set-up or crib assembly. Crib assembly service can be added with an additional $50 fee

*Most of the dressers included in our assortment come fully assembled. However, items listed as RTA do require assembly. We can provide assembly services for RTA dressers for a $60 fee per dresser.  We do ask that this request is made prior to delivery, due to the involved process of dresser assembly, we pre-assemble before delivering.

Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Lost, Stolen and Refused Packages

• If a delivery is refused, restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

• Bambi Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer order protection at check which provides shipping insurance at a minimal cost. To learn more about order protection refer >>> here 

Damages and Defects

It is essential for packages to be opened right away. Any damages or defects need to be immediately addressed. Our customer service team will work quickly to access and resolve.

• For freight and local deliveries: Notate any concerns on the delivery paperwork upon signing for the delivery. 

• For all deliveries: Immediately report concerns to Bambi Baby customer service by emailing a description of the issue, order details and supporting photos to cs@bambibaby.com

• Defective gear is covered by the manufacturer warranty and should be addressed directly with the manufacturer

Special orders:

Some items in our assortment are custom made per order and considered “Special Order.” These products may take 8-16 weeks to ship, shipping estimates are notated on each item's product page. 

We do capture payment immediately, not at the time of shipping. Our POS system has to capture payments within 7  days otherwise the order is automatically cancelled.

Since special orders are often custom made any cancellation requests need to be made within 24 hours, prior to the order being submitted to the manufacturer who then puts the order into production.

Returned or cancelled (after 24 hours) special orders may be subjected to a restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
