Very nice
This rolls/steers really nicely. It was fairly easy to set up. I have a newborn and a two year old. The bassinet is perfect for the baby and I can set it on top facing me. I have my toddler facing out enjoying the view. Only problem is adjusting the straps on the todler seat took a while and until it was right, my toddler was able to unbuckle himself or slip out of the straps. Once it was adjusted right, we were all set.

Broken Seatbelt on Arrival & No Warranty
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with both this stroller and the customer service from Bambi Baby and Silver Cross has been incredibly disappointing.
The stroller arrived with a broken seatbelt, which is a major safety issue for a premium stroller at this price point. I contacted Bambi Baby immediately, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly under warranty. Instead, I was passed back and forth between Bambi Baby and Silver Cross for months, with each directing me to the other.
Despite the stroller being under warranty, neither company was willing to provide a replacement seatbelt or a satisfactory solution. After months of emails and follow-ups, they simply stopped responding altogether.
For a luxury stroller, I expected much better quality control and, more importantly, customer support. A broken safety component should never be this difficult to replace, especially on a product designed for children.
The stroller itself may have great features, but none of that matters if the manufacturer and retailer won't stand behind the product when something goes wrong. I cannot recommend purchasing from Bambi Baby or investing in a Silver Cross stroller based on my experience.
