Broke Canopy

The services from Bambi Baby were great, but the stroller came with a broken canopy. I had to contact Nuna support and they said that the lead time to send me a replacement is around 45 days.

Its a nice stroller but i feel like its more of a 600$ stroller then 1,000$ stroller

Nuna MIXX Next Stroller w/ Magnetic Buckle DID NOT RECEIVE

We did not receive the stroller last month despite FedEx stating that it was delivered. Several attempts were made to resolve this with both FedEx (case opened and escalated) and with the Bambi Baby customer service office. Several emails were sent with only 1 reply by Carolina, however no responses back from her. I called the number on her email signature only to get the Malverne office. I called twice and was promised a return call from Caroline and yet nothing. Very frustrated after spending a lot of money only to receive just the car seat and no stroller. This is supposed to be an exciting time when expecting a newborn only to be disappointed by a purchase that was never fulfilled.
