What Is REDO?
REDO is an optional add-on available at checkout. The cost is based on your order total and includes two different forms of protection: Free Returns and Shipping Protection.
You can choose whether to add REDO before completing your Bambi Baby purchase.
REDO Free Returns
If you need to return an eligible item from an order shipping Standard Ground, REDO covers the cost of the return shipping label.
The product itself must still meet all requirements of Bambi Baby’s Return & Replacement Policy .
REDO Shipping Protection
REDO Shipping Protection provides coverage for loss, damage, or theft during transit.
While Bambi Baby is committed to resolving shipping issues, REDO Shipping Protection can help speed up the process of sending replacement items when a covered shipping issue occurs.
REDO is optional. It must be selected at checkout to provide the applicable coverage.
REDO protection becomes non-refundable after an order ships.

REDO Free Returns and REDO Shipping Protection have different eligibility rules. Standard Ground orders may qualify for both benefits, while furniture orders qualify for Shipping Protection but not Free Returns.
Ground-Shipped Orders
REDO Free Returns are available for orders shipping Standard Ground. REDO Shipping Protection also provides applicable coverage for eligible loss, damage, or theft claims.
Furniture Delivery
REDO Free Returns do not apply to furniture orders. However, REDO Shipping Protection does apply to furniture orders.
