Bambi Baby stuck with me and worked through the shipping issues that I had with the entirety of this purchase. I recognized that Bambi Baby's hands were tied once the items were shipped and directed my frustration with the correct parties but Bambi Baby was particularly helpful supportive and vowed to be involved until the products arrived on my doorstep. Easy to install
It took a really long time to ship about 12 weeks but so easy to install. Looks grate my baby loves it and so do I.
