This was our first purchase from Bambi Baby as well as first big purchase for our baby. It was very disappointing as we were getting out the items from the box and find out this was wrong item (received Priam comfort collection, very similar product). Now we have to put them all back in the box, talk to the customer service, bring it to FedEx, do the returning, and then wait for the right item to arrive.
