This was my 1st purchase from Bambi Baby and i am so GLAD i went with this store for my son's crib. They delivered the crib within 2 weeks! and when I opened it to build the crib there was one piece that was broken and the front of one of the drawers had some damage on it. They responded back the SAME DAY which was on a SUNDAY! Carolina was great with responding right away! I am waiting for the new pieces to come in the mail and then I will be able to put the crib together completely!!I was hesitant purchasing something so important from a store online that I have never been to before especially the crib for my 1st born son. I was so worried that it may not show up or that I would be unhappy and would have ended up wasting my money.- However-That was NOT AT ALL the case. I am so glad I went with this store and I look forward to buying even more stuff from them! They even give out awesome coupons too! I got a 50% off coupon after I brought the crib!
