Ordered the bed rails for my daughters bed and within a week they arrived. Very pleased with shipping time. When the rails arrived everything was in good shape except for one piece of wood used to attach to the headboard. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to reattach it with longer screws for more security (he actually replaced all of the screws holding the attachment pieces w/longer screws). That would be my only complaint but overall we were happy with the bed rails!
